This week, I wasn’t looking for anything complicated. After a miserable fail at a chevron mani, I went for a nail polish staple (yes, some of them are as important to have as a good pair of jeans or white blouse !) which I recently bought, Essie’s Chinchilly, a pale taupe, slightly beige, nude polish.
The application, is, as always, flawless and a real pleasure. What’s great about that kind of color is it can easily be matched with anything you want ! I chose purple with OPI’s Do you Have this Color in Stock-Holm and the super pretty holographic polish from Il était un Vernis, Dahlia. Quickly outline the shapes first with a thin brush before filling them, add a bit of black liner around them and there you go : graphic and color block mani !
A mani, needless to say, I loved wearing !
See you soon for new polished adventures !
